DigitalPersona introduces biometric identity protection suite

DigitalPersona, a developer of biometric solutions, has developed a identity protection suite that uses biometrics to protect personal information such as online accounts, sensitive files and other personal data. The product is targeted at personal, home and business uses.

The suite, Personal 4.0, operates off of any biometric modes. The application works on both Windows XP and Vista and can be used with either embedded fingerprint scanners or PC’s with add-on peripherals.

The solution from DigitalPersona is combined with retail management software called RQ4 developed by iQmetrix and is expected by Prime officials to help reduce labor costs through more reliable punch times and eliminating buddy-punching.
