OpenTrust, a Next-Gen IT security software publisher, announced that it has partnered with a global corporate and investment banking provider to implement an all-in-one solution for one user to log on to multiple work stations using smart cards.
The OpenTrust PKI and SCM project involved equipping 15,000 traders with smart cards to guarantee authentication to all financial terminals and applications. Participating traders used the cards to quickly log on to multiple work stations at once while maintaining full regulatory compliance.
According to Open Trust,The Multiple Workstation Login and Single Sign-On capabilities embedded in the all-in-one smart card allow traders to log in immediately and securely, on all their workstations and subsequent applications, granting them precious extra time that would have otherwise been wasted. ![[end]](/resources/bullet/digitalidnews-4.gif)
