Arcot selected to service Evangelical Christian Credit Union

Tuesday, March 30, 2010

Arcot System’s cloud authentication service, A-OK On Demand, has been selected as Evangelical Christian Credit Union’s (ECCU) official online transaction security system.

The software from Arcot was said to meet all the needs of ECCU’s online banking system which included software-only PKI security. Account holders at ECCU in more than 100 countries now utilizing A-OK will have greater protection against fraud with the implantation of Arcot’s WebFort authentication.

Additionally, ArcotID software-centric design allows customers to log in from multiple locations. The use of one-time passwords and security questionnaires can give access to a customer who does not have their ArcotID in hand or is at a remote location.

The ArcotID software credential works to block the man-in-the-middle attacks and other security threats no matter where and which devices an individual is using to log in.

ECCU has an estimated $3.2 billion in total assets under management and offers a full range of services and solutions to help evangelical Christian ministries better manage their finances. [end]
