Jim Zok, director of identity and privacy assurance at CSC, talks about the issues surrounding identity assurance. With concerns regarding ID theft and cybersecurity on the rise there should be some type of way for citizens to authenticate online. Standards, liability and practices are all issues that need to be settled before an identity assurance framework can be introduced to citizens.
