CSS launches solution for managing PKI certificates in a Microsoft environment

Wednesday, May 18, 2011

Certified Security Solution announced the immediate availability of the Certificate Reporting Tool, a new software solution that supports both certificate and certificate revocation list management in a Microsoft environment.

Supporting all Microsoft Certificate Authority versions with an architecture that can be expanded with the development of custom connectors, the CSS CRT eliminates spreadsheets and manual processes for certificate and revocation list tracking.

To ensure that certificates and revocation list expirations are not forgotten or overlooked, the reporting tool also provides notifications so IT professionals are alerted to when certificates and certs are due to expire.

In addition, it enables organizations to manage and track digital certificates with newer consumer devices such iPhones and iPads. [end]
