SutiSoft introduces multiple options for eSignature solution

Friday, February 10, 2012

California-based hosted and enterprise solution provider SutiSoft has announced new and different signing options for SutiSign, its electronic signature product that enables electronic signing of documents.

Users can opt for a system generated signature that automatically populates based on a user’s name. This can be used as a representation of the signature. Users may generate images of their actual signature, which can then be used within a document.

For mobile devices and tablets, users may sign on with a touch screen. Touch screens are also used in the product’s biometric authentication option, in which the signer authenticates the signature by swiping a fingerprint during the signing process.

With dynamic signature verification an individual signs with a touch screen device and the software is compared with the template that’s on file. With dynamic signature verification, the software captures and compares more than 13 datapoints and has an approximate 99.8% accuracy level. The same accuracy is achievable with static signature verification, in which an uploaded signature image is compared with the signer’s.

SutiSign is available in different versions, depending on the size of a company, and its pricing starts at $9.95 per user per month. [end]
